The staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. the place was perfectly clean. - the room was good-sized and well-appointed with all the services, and I liked it. - the location was particularly good - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. - Staying here for a short stay was very nice, totally recommendable.

Exceptionally clean hotel and good-sized rooms. Super-friendly staff, fast check in. Functional building and rooms with normal bed. Very very good breakfast with croissants, croassiants among others, sausage for every taste. Really fantastic base for short stay.

I liked that it is very well situated to the centre of Milan and also has several local, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.
My room was quite noisy - especially on the market day. If you leave your window open for the night - you may not get enough sleep.

The air conditioning unit was a live-safer. The bathroom was quite spacious and seemed to be recently renovated. Also I liked the little balcony which overlooked a little patio outside.

I stayed in this amazing hotel for 4 days, had very nice experience, really enjoyed its amazing location near to the public transports to the city centre, the central railway station in a quiet side street and red.

Nothing - please read below for my reasoning. The Best Hotel? B#lloks! Hotel man says "You can have breakfast now" at 8:59am. One minute later, hotel man says "Sorry, no more breakfast"?? Sort it out please.....
Div at the front desk told us we would not need to pay the first nights stay due to our flight delay (we arrived at 8am the next morning, thus missing the first night stay) - he then changed his mind whilst at home and left the boy to deal with us moaning on the day of departure.
